Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. MAP (MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING) We sell our products at the lowest price possible which is set by the designers and manufacturers whose products we represent. These prices are called Minimum Advertised Pricing or "MAP". On products where we do have some leeway, we have made every effort to offer these products at a low minimum as well.
As a way to respect the agreements with our design partners as well as the budgets of our customers, we will not charge for shipping. We will not pass on any fees for shipping, handling, or any other hidden charges to our customers. This applies to any order, no matter how small.
Our products originate from different manufacturers from the US, Canada and the UK. Individual terms, conditions, shipping and return policies may apply. Unless otherwise specified, shipping is based on UPS calculation of weight and distance of travel.
ACCESSORIES (A Category): All sales final except in the case of manufacturer's defect. Photographic documentation must be presented and approved before pre-paid call tags are generated. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier, and must be taken up by the buyer.

DECALS (D Category): All of the decals are custom made to order. We may occasionally stock certain popular decals, but we typically do not stock inventory since every order is manufactured according to the specifications supplied by the customer or done to our pre-designed patterns. We are not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Before placing your order please be sure you have accurate measurements and spelling for your decal and review your order before submitting it. Each decal is manufactured to specific sizes, vinyl material, design and quantities, and therefore we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Orders may be approved for cancellation prior to production at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as contacted by Design Partners Resource. If a cancellation is approved, the order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

FURNITURE ACCENTS (B Category): Products may be returned in their original box for any reason with a 30% restocking charge plus pre - paid freight. In the case of manufacturer's defect or damage incurred during shipping, photographic documentation must be presented before damaged parts will be replaced at no charge. Furniture may be drop shipped to the customer’s home only when arrangements are made for two people to receive and help unload the goods. Deliveries can also be made to a moving company referred to by the buyer. Shipping will be based on 9% of the selected product sub total.

FOREIGN ACCENT RUGS (F Category): Returns are accepted as long as the rugs are in as new condition, and as long as they are still in our current program. In order to avoid a re-stocking fee of 15%, they must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of invoice, with prior authorization from us. Your only cost when returning an F Category item is freight to our warehouse. A call tag will be issued for goods which have manufacturer’s defects or that have been damaged in shipping. Not all rug sizes are stocked. Non-stocked rugs may take 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. Colors may differ slightly from website and printed catalog. Vacuum regularly. Spot clean with a mild soap. Rugs may be professionally cleaned. The use of a rug pad is recommended.

LOOPHOUSE RUGS (L Category): Our Loophouse rugs require a 7 - 9 week lead time as they are hand made to order in London, UK, and are shipped via cargo vessel. Loophouse rugs are non-returnable. Colors may differ slightly from website and printed catalog. Vacuum regularly. Spot clean with a mild soap. Rugs may be professionally cleaned. The use of a rug pad is recommended. Shipping will be by the manufacturer's discretion and based on 9% of the selected product sub total.
